Job summary

One Medical, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a residency-trained physician to join our primary care team. You will manage a patient panel, treat patients in-office or via testing centers, and participate in telehealth visits with ongoing learning through weekly rounds and team huddles.

You will work in a tech-enabled, patient-centered environment, collaborating with nursing and virtual teams, while mentoring NP/PA colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board eligible or recently completed residency and eligible to take next board exam.
• Texas state license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as applicable.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
