Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Family/Internal Medicine resident or recent graduate to join our Austin offices. You’ll manage a patient panel, conduct in-office and tele-health visits, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds in a tech-enabled primary care setting.

The role offers full-time employment with a base salary range of $235,100 – $264,500 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and a structured onboarding and ongoing education program to support your growth in primary care.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency.
• Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or completed residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in Texas, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
