Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s client in Austin, TX seeks a Drug and Alcohol Program Coordinator to support compliance and safety within the Legal, EHS, & Security department. This role requires strong organizational skills and discretion.

You will assist with managing the random drug and alcohol testing pool for drivers, coordinate testing appointments, and maintain calendars and reporting for the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of related administrative or coordination experience
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the company's random drug and alcohol testing pool for drivers
• Maintain accurate and current testing pool lists and track selection results
• Coordinate drug and alcohol testing appointments and notify drivers and supervisors of testing requirements
• Maintain a testing calendar and tracker for scheduled, completed, and pending tests
• Provide administrative support for the Drug & Alcohol Program and assist with routine reporting
