Job summary

Examinetics is hiring a Drug & Alcohol Testing Program Administrator in Overland Park, KS. You will manage the day-to-day processing of client drug and alcohol testing services, ensuring orders move from initiation to completion and that records remain accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Previous administrative, customer service, healthcare, occupational health, or compliance experience is preferred.
• MRO Assistant certification is a plus; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process drug and alcohol testing orders per client requirements and protocols.
• Place and manage testing orders through platforms, labs, collection sites, and vendor systems.
• Verify orders contain testing panel, reason for test, testing authority, specimen type, and other required info.
• Monitor open orders to ensure timely completion and follow up on outstanding items.
• Process drug and alcohol testing results per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Generate and distribute client result letters, reports, and documentation within turnaround times.
• Coordinate with MROs, labs, collection sites, and vendors to obtain results and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate testing records and protect confidentiality of information.
• Follow client-specific protocols and assist with random testing program administration.
