ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with an engineering background to guide construction projects from start to finish in Austin, TX. You will drive project performance and profitability from day one, coordinating with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes managing multiple activities, applying value engineering ideas, and maintaining integrity and client satisfaction as core principles of our culture.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program or related field of study.
• Open to full-time opportunity post grad.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project from start to completion, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting.
• Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and review scope.
• Participate in proposal meetings to discuss cost reduction and value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings and ensure meeting/exceeding client expectations.
