ARCO/Murray National Construction in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive project performance from design to completion.

You will lead preconstruction, budgeting with clients and designers, manage subcontractors, monitor schedules and costs, and handle owner pay apps and progress billing. A BS in Engineering and 2–10 years PM/engineering design exp. are desired; MS Office and MS Project proficiency required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field is required.
• 2–10 years of construction management or engineering design experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of the project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget with clients and design team.
• Negotiate contracts and fees; review scope of work and cost-saving ideas.
