Legible in Austin, TX, is seeking an early-career professional to split time between running the Austin office and supporting the CEO and CTO. The role also partners with the founding customer success manager to assist customers and maximize Legible's product impact.

You will coordinate scheduling, travel, meetings, and cross-functional tasks while learning the business, processes, and strategies that drive growth in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in fast-moving environments.
• Sharp judgment and curiosity; ability to learn quickly.
• High emotional intelligence and clear communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization.
• Self-starter who can switch between internal and customer-facing work.
• Willingness to grow with founders and customers.
