Brodie League is seeking a City Launcher in Austin to open a new market, recruit 24 founding captains, secure venues, and drive game-night activity. You will build a local presence, manage relationships with coaches and gym staff, and own the launch playbook across growth, operations, and partnerships.

This role blends community-building with sales and growth marketing, requiring evenings and weekend availability, a strong local network, and the ability to close deals while nurturing a vibrant

Qualifications

• Live in the target neighbourhood, not just the metro area.
• Existing network in the local basketball community (coaches, trainers, gym staff, event organizers).
• Currently playing in a rec league or actively involved in the scene.
• Strong reputation and credibility in your local basketball community.

Responsibilities

• Bring Brodie into gyms and courts you already know by building relationships with coaches, trainers, gym staff and run organizers.
• Identify and secure venues in your neighbourhood and negotiate terms for launch.
• Track market metrics (teams signed, fill rate, revenue) in CRM and forecast growth weekly.
• Lead local demand generation: host open runs, events, and social content to drive signups and partnerships.
