Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Manager to oversee a variety of tax, audit and related assignments. You’ll supervise staff, mentor Senior Accountants, and strengthen client relationships while improving office profitability.

The role requires a CPA license or progress toward one, 5–8 years of public accounting experience, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Some remote or hybrid options may be available based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
• CPA license required.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assume primary responsibility for client engagements, including planning, staffing, timing, technical issues and other decisions.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews.
• Supervise and mentor staff including performance evaluations.
• Assist Principals with identifying and pursuing new clients.
• Develop client relationships and increase office profitability.
• Contribute to firm publications and recruit events.
