Frost, PLLC in Arkansas is seeking an audit associate to join our growth‑oriented team. You’ll perform nationwide fieldwork for operational and financial audits and prepare work papers with conclusions for clients.

You’ll work with experienced staff and partners, build client relationships, and maintain 40 hours of CPE annually while applying GAAP and auditing standards to deliver high‑quality results. This role includes travel 40–60 nights per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP and related topics.
• Ability to travel nationally (40-60 nights/year).

Responsibilities

• Completion of audit testing on client financial statement segments with adequate evidence.
• Prepare clear work papers documenting results and recommendations.
• Work independently and with audit teams.
• Assist with audit fieldwork for operational and financial audits.
• Identify issues and apply accounting principles and auditing procedures.
• Develop positive client relationships and maintain CPE compliance.
