Frost, PLLC is a leading CPA firm offering robust audit opportunities. As an audit associate, you’ll work with experienced staff and partners across industries to evaluate financial performance. You will complete nationwide fieldwork for both operational and financial audits, preparing work papers with conclusions and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP and related topics.
• Ability to travel nationally to client sites (40-60 nights/year).
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work extended hours during busy season.

Responsabilités

• Complete audit testing on financial statement segments to obtain sufficient evidence with a focus on audit quality.
• Prepare clear work papers documenting work performed, results, and conclusions.
• Work independently and with teams on fieldwork for operational and financial audits.
• Identify issues and apply accounting principles and auditing procedures.
• Develop positive relationships with client staff and maintain professional skepticism.
• Keep senior team informed of progress and ensure deliverables meet standards.
