Frost PLLC, Arkansas's largest CPA firm, seeks an Audit Associate to work with experienced staff and partners, delivering nationwide fieldwork and high-quality audit evidence. The role emphasizes independent and collaborative work, including documenting conclusions and recommendations to clients.

You will develop relationships with client staff, apply GAAP concepts, and maintain ongoing CPE hours while supporting multiple industry clients and audit engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP and other accounting-related topics.
• Ability to travel nationally to client sites (40-60 nights per year).
• Current, valid driver's license.
• Ability to work extended hours during busy season.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit testing on client financial statement segments (e.g., cash, payables, receivables) to obtain sufficient audit evidence.
• Prepare clear work papers documenting procedures, results, and conclusions.
• Work independently and with team members.
• Assist with audit fieldwork for operational and financial audits.
• Demonstrate ability to identify issues and apply accounting/auditing principles.
