Job summary

Frost, PLLC is seeking an Audit Associate in Arkansas for nationwide fieldwork. You will perform audit testing on client financial statements, prepare work papers, and build client relationships while working both independently and with teams.

The role requires flexibility to travel 40–60 nights annually and the ability to work extended hours during peak season. A foundational GAAP knowledge and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of GAAP and related accounting topics.
• Ability to travel nationally (40-60 nights per year).
• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work extended hours during busy season.

Responsibilities

• Complete audit testing on client financial statement segments with emphasis on audit quality and skepticism.
• Prepare clear work papers with conclusions and recommendations for clients.
• Work independently and with teams on both operational and financial audits.
• Assist with fieldwork and document issues, conclusions, and accounting implications.
• Develop relationships with client staff and demonstrate understanding of audit processes.
