The role requires 8+ years of experience with government networks, a Bachelor's degree, CCNA certification, and an active SECRET clearance on day one. The position is on-site with responsibilities including upgrades, troubleshooting, and installation.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required on the first day of the contract.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• At least 8 years of experience providing support for government networks.

Responsibilities

• Determine VTC suite upgrade requirements and provide Bills of Materials and Statements of Work.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and the Fort Benning NEC for CODEC connectivity and network compliance.
• Provide secure and non-secure support for the VTC bridge and 100+ suites, including off-site locations.
• Maintain a VTC suite tracking database and provide monthly updates to the COR.
• Troubleshoot, update, and test VTC equipment to maintain operational status; respond within 30 minutes to priority requests.
• Perform VTC and A/V suite installation (televisions, speakers, CODEC, cameras, cabling).

Scope of Work: Provides secure and non-secure AV/VTC customer support services for the VTC bridge and 100+ suites across the Fort Benning campus and off-site locations, including requirements determination, upgrades, troubleshooting, and installation.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
