Job summary

People Technology And Processes seeks an Audio Visual (AV) / Video Teleconference (VTC) Technician to support Fort Benning, GA. The role covers secure and non-secure AV/VTC operations across the VTC bridge and 100+ suites at Fort Benning campuses and off-site locations.

The candidate must hold an active SECRET clearance, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and CCNA certification, with extensive government network experience to determine upgrade requirements, install gear, and coordinate with

Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience providing support for government networks.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
CCNA certification.
Active SECRET clearance on day one of the contract.

Responsibilities

Determine VTC suite upgrade requirements and provide Bills of Materials and Statements of Work.
Coordinate with outside vendors and the Fort Benning NEC for CODEC connectivity and network compliance.
Provide secure and non-secure support for the VTC bridge and 100+ suites, including off-site locations.
Maintain a VTC suite tracking database and provide monthly updates to the COR.
Troubleshoot, update, and test VTC equipment to maintain operational status; respond within 30 minutes to priority requests.
Perform VTC and A/V suite installation (televisions, speakers, CODEC, cameras, cabling).
