Job summary

Paycom seeks a VTC / Audio-Visual Support Specialist to provide video teleconference, secure VTC, and AV engineering support across multiple locations, including Fort Hood and several other bases, ensuring compliance with DISA STIGs and patching requirements.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating VTC/AV systems, pre-event checks, and maintaining bridges and endpoints for events, trainings, and ceremonies while managing legacy SVTC systems until decommissioning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Active Secret clearance; Top Secret clearance required for COMSEC.
• DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification appropriate to the assigned work role and level, with the CE certification obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, tear down, and reconfigure VTC, SVTC, and AV room systems on a per-event basis
• Complete a pre-event readiness and communications check no less than two hours before each event, achieving zero contractor-caused technical failures
• Operate and maintain VTC bridges, gateways, endpoints, and audio equipment for meetings, conferences, ceremonies, and training
• Apply DISA STIGs and mandated patches to all VTC and collaboration components and remediate vulnerabilities within the compliance window
• Provide immediate outage reports and monthly utilization reports
• Manage legacy SVTC systems until formally decommissioned

• Location: Fort Hood, TX; White Sands Missile Range, NM
• Clearance required: Top Secret; SCI eligibility as required for SCIF support.

Scope of Work: Provides video teleconference, secure VTC, and audio-visual engineering and event support across approximately 78 rooms and associated bridges and gateways at APG, Fort Hood, Fort Huachuca, and Fort Bragg, including MS Teams-integrated room systems.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
