Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an Audio Visual (AV) / Video Teleconference (VTC) Technician to support Fort Benning. You will install, upgrade, troubleshoot secure and non-secure VTC suites across the Fort Benning campus and off-site locations.

The role requires at least 8 years of government network support experience, a Bachelor’s degree, CCNA certification, and an active SECRET clearance on day one. On-site position with potential coordination with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• CCNA certification.
• Active SECRET clearance on first day of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Determine upgrade requirements and provide Bills of Materials and Statements of Work.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and the Fort Benning NEC for CODEC connectivity and network compliance.
• Provide secure and non-secure support for the VTC bridge and 100+ suites, including off-site locations.
• Maintain a VTC suite tracking database and provide monthly updates to the COR.
• Troubleshoot, update, and test VTC equipment to maintain operational status; respond within 30 minutes to priority requests.
• Perform VTC and A/V suite installation (televisions, speakers, CODEC, cameras, cabling).

Scope of Work

Provides secure and non-secure AV/VTC customer support services for the VTC bridge and 100+ suites across the Fort Benning campus and off-site locations, including requirements determination, upgrades, troubleshooting, and installation.

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
