Qualifications

• 3+ years of event technology experience with specialty in Audio, Lighting, Projection or Video.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Internal/external training and certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operates and troubleshoots advanced audiovisual equipment during events.
• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains client relationships.
• Provides mentorship and develops technical skills within the team.
• Supervises technicians during events and ensures safety protocols.
• Manages equipment inventory and maintenance planning.
