Omnicom Media is seeking a Manager, Audience Analytics to strengthen data‑driven products and services across media buys. You will work with Client Solutions, Comms Strategy, and Partnership teams to develop addressable strategies and drive performance through robust data insights.

This client‑facing role requires proficiency in digital media, proprietary data platforms, and a willingness to learn new technologies in a cookie‑less future. A collaborative, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and understanding of the data and digital media ecosystem.
• Experience in cross‑channel media recommendations and optimizations.
• Development of audience‑based plans with KPIs and outcomes.
• Proficiency with ad tech platforms (DSP, ad server, verification).
• Ability to present data-driven insights to clients.

Responsibilities

• Apply proprietary data and platforms to identify high‑value audiences for addressable strategies.
• Support audience profiling and segmentation across campaigns.
• Collaborate with planning teams to quantify connection opportunities and forecast outcomes.
• Provide optimization thoughts and recommendations across channels and data sources.
• Contribute to a data‑driven learning agenda and measurement framework.
