Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an Auction Support Specialist I to join on-site at a local Cox Automotive location. You will assist live auctions by entering bids, verifying vehicle and customer data, and processing transactions in real time to keep operations running smoothly.

We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who perform accurately under pressure and who can coordinate with auctioneers and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Enter lane and Simulcast bid amounts, customer data, sold units and sale lights using the AS400 system.
• Partner with the auctioneer virtually to confirm vehicle and sale information is accurate.
• Verify run orders to ensure the correct vehicles are being processed and sold.
• Monitor Simulcast activity and communicate live updates with the auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration notes and other key vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer during the sales.
• Follow up on late titles via phone and email.
• Support title-absent processing using Salesforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
