Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years' related experience.
• Or 5 years' related field experience.
• Experience in automotive, auction, fleet management, logistics or related administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned commercial accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Process vehicle run lists, account updates, sale prep documents and post-sale reports.
• Coordinate pre-sale and post-sale activities for consignors.
• Verify ownership docs, titles, and required paperwork, ensuring compliance.
• Generate and distribute operational reports and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Title, Arbitration, Transportation, and Sales teams.
