Cox Automotive – USA is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist II to provide essential operational support across vehicle sales. You will maintain vehicle information, support customers, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.

You will build relationships, respond to inquiries, verify data, and assist with invoicing and reporting while following safety procedures. This is an on-site, day-shift role at a Cox location in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ related experience or 5 years’ related experience.
• Alternative: any higher degree/certification beyond HS in related discipline.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain vehicle information, including VINs, condition reports, pricing and inventory in AS400.
• Keep physical and digital vehicle files up to date.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify titles, track repairs, apply charges and prepare vehicles for in-lane and online sales.
• Review incoming vehicle data, investigate discrepancies, confirm sale eligibility, and provide inventory reporting.
