Job summary

Cox Automotive’s Manheim unit is seeking a Dealer Services Specialist II to support dealer clients during auction days. You’ll be the go-to person, ensuring a smooth, professional experience by representing the dealer sales lane and promoting Cox products and services.

You’ll help prepare vehicles for auction, negotiate bids, and offer pricing and reconditioning advice while delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods, lift up to 15 pounds
• Vision: close/far/color, distance judging and focus changes

Responsibilities

• Representing the dealer sales lane on sale days
