Job summary

Manheim in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Dealer Services Specialist II to be the go-to contact for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth and professional auction experience. You’ll act as a pit-crew-like support, coordinating with internal teams to move vehicles efficiently and educate clients on Manheim tools and processes.

This role emphasizes consultative guidance, strong relationships, and proactive support throughout pre-sale preparation and auction day activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related field experience; or 5 years with alternate education/certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Represent dealer sales lane on sale days.
• Promote Manheim’s products and services.
• Help dealers get vehicles ready for auction.
• Negotiate bids, consult on pricing, and offer reconditioning advice.
• Provide proactive support and maintain ownership from start to finish.
