Job summary

FatCats Entertainment is seeking a hands-on Attractions Supervisor to oversee Guest Experience & Operations across bowling, arcade, glow golf and cinema. You will help run the floor, maintain guest satisfaction, speed of service, and cleanliness of the lobby, bathrooms and theaters, and lead team members.

The role requires 1–2 years of leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Guest Experience & Operations side of Attractions: Bowing, Arcade, Glow Golf, Cinema/Projection Operations.
• Assist in running the floor to elevate guest experience, maintain guest satisfaction, speed of service and cleanliness of lobby, bathrooms and theaters.
• Train and develop Team Members in all attraction areas.
• Partner with Training & Guest Service Manager and Assistant General Manager to develop growth plans for team members.
• Assist with orders/inventory, replenishment, and functionality of redemption stockrooms and redemption arcade floor rooms.
• Participate in company leadership programs and weekly calls.
• Ensure all arcade games and projectors are regularly serviced, maintained, and cleaned.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with arcade games and projectors, compile part orders, and complete repairs (mechanical, electrical, hardware, software).
• Provide IT support for POS software, VOIP phones, and merchant processing hardware.
• Maintain all hardware elements of theater projectors, audio, and video systems of the center.
