Job summary

FatCats is seeking an Attractions Operations Leader to oversee guest experience across bowling, arcade, glow golf, and cinema. You will help run the floor, ensure cleanliness, and elevate service in all lobby and theater areas.

You will train staff, coordinate with the Training & Guest Service Manager, manage inventory and redemption stockrooms, and support IT and maintenance needs across venues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Guest Experience & Operations across Attractions: bowling, arcade, glow golf, cinema.
• Assist in running the floor to elevate guest experience, maintain satisfaction, speed of service and cleanliness in lobby, restrooms, and theaters.
• Train and develop team members in all attractions areas.
• Partner with Training & Guest Service Manager to develop growth plans for team members.
• Assist with orders, inventory, replenishment, and functionality of redemption stockrooms and arcade rooms.
• Participate in leadership programs and weekly calls.
• Ensure arcade games and projectors are serviced, maintained, and cleaned.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with arcade games and projectors; coordinate part orders and repairs.
• Provide IT support for POS software, VOIP phones, and merchant processing hardware.
• Maintain hardware elements of theater projectors, audio, and video systems.
