Qualifications

• 4+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation litigation from inception through resolution.
• Attend mediations, hearings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Advise carriers and employers on litigation strategy and claim exposure.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain strong client relationships.
