The position offers a base salary up to $170K with bonus potential and a clear path to partnership as the practice grows. A flexible remote working model supports work-life integration and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation litigation from inception through resolution.
• Attend mediations, hearings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Advise carriers and employers on litigation strategy and claim exposure.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain strong client relationships.
