Holland & Knight is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting and hiring of lateral partners, senior counsel, associates, and summer associates across assigned offices. You will interact with law schools to build candidate pipelines and coordinate interview and onboarding processes.

This dynamic role requires strong organizational and writing skills,ability to work with changing priorities, and a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinates the law school recruitment process and liaises with law school career services.
• Manages interview processes, scheduling, and interviewer coordination.
• Drafts recruitment correspondence and maintains candidate files.
• Coordinates orientation for lateral attorneys and summer associates.
• Onboards new hires with HR and Integration teams.
• Designs and coordinates aspects of the summer associate program.
• Handles special projects as assigned.
