Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator in Miami to support the recruiting and hiring process for lateral partners, senior counsel, associates, and summer programs. The role collaborates with the Recruiting Manager and office leadership to build candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of recruiting experience in a law firm, strong communication, and organizational skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the law school recruitment process, liaising with law school career services and coordinating candidate pipeline events.
• Manage relationships with student programs and activities.
• Oversee initial and callback interviews: scheduling, greeting candidates, and coordinating interview feedback.
• Draft recruitment correspondence and maintain candidate files.
• Coordinate lateral attorney and summer associate orientation.
• Process new hire paperwork and liaise with HR to onboard new hires.
• Assist with designing and coordinating summer associate programs and pre-arrival processes.
