Job summary

Holland & Knight seeks a Human Resources Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in our Tampa, Florida operations center. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across technology, marketing, accounting & finance, information governance, HR, talent development, and select attorney roles, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to define needs and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate environment.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting for exempt/non-exempt roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for business services and select attorney roles.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring leaders to define job requirements and search strategy.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and passive outreach.
• Screen resumes for technical and cultural fit; conduct candidate phone screens.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and debriefs; manage offer process with HR.
