Jobot is seeking a litigation attorney for a premier Philadelphia plaintiffs' firm to handle high-profile personal injury and mass tort matters. You will manage a caseload from intake to resolution, argue in court, and work with top-tier resources to achieve landmark verdicts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury and/or mass tort litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation and exhibit development
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials as needed
• Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and co-counsel on case strategy
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status
