Jobot is recruiting for a growing plaintiff-side personal injury litigation firm in Utah. The attorney will manage all phases of PI and wrongful death cases, conducting thorough research and drafting pleadings and briefs. Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal injury attorney with significant trial experience.
• Proven track record in personal injury litigation, incl. motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and slip and fall.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills; strong negotiation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case management plans, including identifying legal issues, gathering and reviewing evidence, and determining the appropriate legal strategy.

• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
• Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management.

• Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis on complex issues related to personal injury law.
