Job summary

Jobot is seeking a talented Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Nevada to join our fast-growing practice. The attorney will handle complex personal injury cases, work with a collaborative team, and advocate for plaintiffs in a dynamic, national firm.

The ideal candidate holds 7+ years of personal injury experience, is in good standing to practice in Nevada, and possesses strong research, writing, and client-representation skills. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of personal injury experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Nevada state laws and procedures pertaining to personal injury cases.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret precedents and statutes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.

Job Details

• Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in Nevada
• 7+ years of personal injury experience
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
• Experience in conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing sound legal advice to clients
• Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
