Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Attorney to join a regional civil litigation defense firm in Philadelphia, PA on a hybrid remote basis. You will defend insurers, corporations, municipalities, and individuals from inception through resolution.

Requirements: 1–5 years’ experience and PA or NJ Bar Admission with an insurance defense background. Benefit package includes base salary up to $170k, bonuses, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and a path toward partnership.

Job Details

You’ll carry a generalist civil defense docket defending insurers, corporations, municipalities, and individuals.

• Defend matters from inception through resolution
• Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings; support and second-chair trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Work alongside National Coordinating and Regional Trial counsel teams on complex multi-party litigation

Looking For:
