Job summary

Qualifications

• Typing ability of 50 wpm.
• Previous clerical experience.
• Data processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a good communication system with parents, students, faculty, and administrative staff.
• Maintain accurate pupil attendance records.
• Prepare attendance reports promptly.
• Check and verify student absences.
• Performs PEIMS data functions as assigned by principal.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the principal.
