San Diego County Credit Union Inc. is seeking an ATM/Visa Representative I to ensure accurate processing of ATM and VISA transactions and inquiries, including PIN, signature debit, and signature credit. You will investigate fraud claims and maintain service standards as set by the organization.

The role requires basic banking knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a call-center-like environment. Remote work is available with standard scheduling expectations.

Formación

• Must have basic banking/finance knowledge and ability to multitask in a call center environment.
• Comfortable communicating with internal staff over the phone.
• Visa and ATM knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Research and resolve ATM transaction exceptions using Symitar, Imaging, and STAR/COOP.
• Process Visa disputes and fraud via Visa online application (VROL).
• Investigate ATM/Visa disputes and fraud for members.
• Process daily VISA and ATM reports.
• Enter STAR/CO-OP adjustments online.
• Assist Instant Issue users via Card Wizard.
• Help staff and members with ATM and VISA inquiries by phone, email, or mail.
• Analyze ATM/VISA fraud information and communicate findings.
• Process ATM/POS disputes through STAR/COOP.
• Post and balance general ledger transactions.
• Perform VISA account file maintenance and transfers.
• Participate in AML/BSA compliance training and adhere to policy procedures.
