Job summary

United Community Banks Inc. seeks an ATM & Card Operations Specialist to support debit and credit card programs and ATM networks. You will process new and replacement debit cards, maintain existing cards, and provide internal support while ensuring high service levels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of banking or financial experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process new and replacement debit card orders accurately.
• Provide internal support and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor ATM/ITM activity and report issues.
• Handle mail and card reissues and manage lost/stolen reports.
