Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers for card operations including fraud and disputes.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly payment reports.
• Research and resolve ATM transaction exceptions using various applications.
• Complete daily operational audits related to ledgers, letters, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with Instant Issue programs and card inventory reconciliation.
• Analyze ATM/VISA fraud trends and communicate findings to staff and members.
• Answer calls regarding card transactions, card ordering, and disputes.
• Support management with department projects and special assignments.
