Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a financial institute.
• Prior ATM settlement experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Reg. CC and Reg. E requirements preferred.
• Excellent oral communication and professional phone etiquette.

Aufgaben

• Handle transactions accurately and seek approval for items beyond authority.
• Provide quality member service per Transaction Operations standards.
• Balance NSF/clearance reports and track items from NSF reports.
• Test releases related to NSF reporting and post adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain Excel logs, vendor reports, and settlement documents.
• Activate ATM cash boxes and post journal vouchers for ATM cash orders.
• Research and resolve ATM/PSCU outages and related settlements.
• Interact with card and cash vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
