Job summary

VACU in Midlothian, Virginia seeks an ATM settlement clerk to ensure accurate processing of transactions and daily NSF balance work. You will test releases, prepare Excel logs, and post journal vouchers for FED statements, collaborating with multiple internal teams to resolve settlement issues.

Required is a high school diploma and experience with a financial institution; knowledge of Reg. CC/E is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a financial institute.
• Prior ATM settlement experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Reg. CC and Reg. E requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle each transaction proficiently and accurately, seeking approval when beyond authority.
• Provide quality service to members by following all service expectations.
• Balance NSF report items daily and track actions (paid, returned, etc.).
• Test release changes related to NSF reporting.
• Post adjustments for encoding errors and notify relevant members.
