Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within the bank's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians and coordinate tickets to troubleshoot ATMs/ITMs.
• Coordinate installation, servicing, and maintenance of ATM/ITM fleet.
• Analyze performance metrics and report to senior management.
• Perform balancing and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead deployments and validate new installations.
• Manage Cash-in-Transit (CIT) processes and vendor SLAs.
• Support staff with ATM/ITM tasks and troubleshooting.
