Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ analytics experience, preferably in financial services.
OR
Associate’s Degree with 5 years’ analytics experience, preferably in financial services.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, financial and decision-making skills; ability to distill complex data into concise recommendations.
Technical knowledge of ATM/ITM/TCR landscapes preferred.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytics tools (JMP, SPSS, SQL, SAS, Power BI).
Experience managing multiple priorities independently or in a team; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Translate member-driven data into actionable business plans to drive ATM network strategy.
Present high-level operational visibility using the ATM at a Glance framework.
Collaborate with Data Analytics to build dashboards and analyze trends in the ATM network.
Create customer-view profiles to analyze how different demographics interact with ATMs.
Track KPIs and Failed Client Interactions to identify operational gaps.
Analyze geographic and demographic data to recommend ATM placements or relocations.
Assess on-us vs off-us transaction ratios for strategic value of machines.
Benchmark deposit per transaction, fleet sizes, market landscape, cash usage, and trends.
Calculate ATM profitability and compare surcharge revenues to operating costs.
Evaluate fleet cost-to-income and optimize cash replenishment or maintenance.
Monitor downtime and transaction failure rates to propose upgrades.
Coordinate deployment logistics for disaster relief efforts.
