Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with banking ops experience and analytical skills.
• Associate degree in accounting/finance preferred or 5 years related work.
• Proficient with monitoring, reporting and data interpretation tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex ITM/ATM/Device system issues and coordinate third party support.
• Escalate production issues and support system development.
• Prioritize daily workflows with strong multitasking.
• Make decisions on highly complex issues within guidelines.
• Monitor and report daily fleet administrative data and trends.
• Create ITM/ATM/Device performance dashboards and respond to data requests.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Assist in developing policies, procedures, and training materials; provide training.
