SECU is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to support the ATM Strategy team as we define and implement enhanced member experiences and backend processes to the SECU ATM fleet. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will provide analytics and insights to the ATM Strategy team to identify trends and assist in data-driven strategic decisions. You will need to blend your critical thinking, creativity, and storytelling to develop data visualization and actionable insights.
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ minimum experience working in analytics, preferably in the financial services industry.
OR
Associate’s degree with 5 years minimum experience working in analytics, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, financial, and decision-making skills. Ability to take complex data sets and deliver concise recommendations.
Technical knowledge and understanding of ATM, ITM and TCR landscapes preferred.
Advanced proficiency in technology applications such as Microsoft Office software products.
Experience in the application of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, and cost benefit analysis along with related analytical tools (JMP, SPSS, SQL, SAS, Power BI).
Experience managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals.
Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Skilled at presenting findings and conclusions clearly and concisely.
