Job summary

Bankers Trust Company is seeking a Cards & ATM Specialist I to support the Cards & ATM team, including extensive knowledge of Reg E. You will handle ATM/card processing, fraud alerts, tokenization, and related disputes while assisting customers via phone and system support.

The role requires 2–3 years of bank operations experience and offers a hybrid schedule with competitive benefits, a base salary range, and eligibility for annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Understanding of network and payment processing flows.
• Organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process daily balancing for GL and deposit accounts related to card settlement and ATM activity.
• Handle card adjustments, corrections, and maintenance requests.
• Open and process ATM, card, and wallet disputes per Reg E requirements.
• Support new credit card accounts and processing on EzBusiness/EzCard systems.
• Monitor mobile wallet notifications, EMV, and tokenization inquiries.
• Monitor card fraud alerts and assist customers with troubleshooting.
• Perform month-end procedures, reconciliations, reports, and filing.
