Job summary

Chartway Federal Credit Union in Virginia Beach, VA (also Tooele, UT and South Jordan, UT) seeks a Direct Teller Coordinator to support ATM/ITM fleet operations and keep site content up to date.

Responsibilities include coordinating equipment installation/removal, monitoring downtime, assisting members and staff with ITM issues, and liaising with machine partners. A high school diploma and 3+ years ITM/ATM servicing are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years ITM/ATM servicing experience.
• Experience with ATM/ITM hardware and software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update content and locations on internal and external sites.
• Coordinate installation/removal of equipment; assist with software development and ATM/ITM fleet products/services.
• Assist with general maintenance and support of ATM/ITM channels.
• Assist members and staff with ATM/ITM problems and issues.
• Monitor and document ATM/ITM downtime and issues; work to resolve.
• Identify efficiencies and advancement trends via user groups.
• Dispatch first/second line ATM/ITM partners and/or cash couriers for on-site maintenance and replenishments.
• Coordinate maintenance for ATM/ITM machines: cleaning, supplies, replacement equipment, signage.
• Assist testing and implementation of new ATM/ITM software releases.
• Liaise with machine business partners and networks.
• Research and resolve fleet development problems.
• Maintain inventory records for machines.
• Stay updated on security measures and fraud trends affecting ATM/ITM.
• Maintain monthly machine reports.
• Handle CU24 UPI’s.
• Oversee offsite machine inspections.
• Maintain contracts with machine partners.
• Monitor events/emails for repeat machine issues.
