Job summary

Addition Financial Credit Union is seeking an ITM RA I to service members via interactive teller machines from remote sites and in-branch locations. You will guide digital banking usage, handle routine transactions, and educate members about products while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, accuracy, and teamwork to support member needs and promote the credit union’s suite of services in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask with accuracy during interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members via on-screen video to assist with deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries.
• Educate members on ITM functionality and digital banking services.
• Discuss products/services to match members with appropriate offerings.
• Make informed check deposit holds and submit Suspicious Activity Reports as needed.
• Place holds on accounts for uncollected funds per Reg. CC and policy.
• Cash checks and disburse funds after verification of signatures and balances.
• Record transactions accurately in dual computer software and issue receipts.
• Maintain presentable appearance and uphold the Addition Financial brand.
• Collaborate with team to improve service delivery and efficiency.
