Job summary

Chartway Federal Credit Union is seeking a Direct Teller Coordinator to support ITM/ATM operations across Virginia Beach, Tooele, and South Jordan. You will monitor performance, updates, and security for the ATM/ITM fleet and assist members and staff with issues.

The role reports to the Director of Member Support and involves coordinating installations, downtime reporting, and partner communications. Competitive hourly pay and full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education.
• Experience: At least three-years ITM/ATM servicing experience.
• Credit history: Candidates must have a good credit history for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update content and locations on internal and external sites.
• Coordinates installation/removal of all equipment and related services across the ATM/ITM fleet.
• Assists with general maintenance and support of these delivery channels.
• Assist members and staff with ATM/ITM problems and issues.
• Monitors ATM/ITM downtime and technical issues and resolves.
• Identify efficiencies and advancement trends through user groups.
• Dispatch first/second line ATM/ITM partners and/or cash courier for on-site maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance for ATM/ITM machines: cleaning, supplies, replacement equipment, signage.
• Test and implement new ATM/ITM software releases.
• Liaise with machine business partners and networks.
• Research and resolve problems within the fleet development.
• Maintain consumable records for machine inventory.
• Stay aware of security measures and fraud trends affecting ATM/ITM.
• Maintain monthly reports related to machines.
• Handle CU24 UPI's.
• Oversee quarterly offsite machine inspections.
• Maintain contracts with machine partners.
• Monitor events and emails to identify repeat issues.

Direct Teller Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time
Department Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-7:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm (day off during the week when working Saturday)
Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia; Tooele, Utah; or South Jordan, Utah
Hiring Range: $21 - $24 per hour
(Higher compensation may be considered based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity)

The Direct Teller Coordinator is responsible to the Director of Member Support to provide service for the Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) and Automated Teller Machines (ATM). Monitor machine fleet for performance, compliance, software updates and security needs. Provide machine related support to internal and external members. Responsible for reports, machine installs/removals, partner contracts, daily balancing as well as working closely with partners to ensure the ITM/ATM fleet is functioning properly.

Responsible And Accountable For

• Maintain and update content and locations on internal and external sites
• Coordinates installation/removal of all equipment, assists with software development, and implements all related products and services across the ATM/ITM fleet
• Assists with general maintenance and support of these key delivery channels
• Assists members and staff with ATM/ITM problems and issues
• Monitors and documents ATM/ITM downtime and technical issues, and works to resolve
• Proactively identify efficiencies and advancement trends through user groups
• Dispatches first line and second line ATM/ITM partners and/or cash courier for on-site maintenance and/or cash replenishments
• Coordinates general maintenance for ATM/ITM machines, which includes cleaning, ordering supplies, replacement equipment, and compliance signage
• Assists in the testing and implementation of new releases of ATM/ITM software
• Act as Chartway's Liaison for machine business partners including participating networks
• Initiative to research and resolve any problems that development within the fleet
• Maintains accurate, consumable records associated with machine inventory
• Proactively stays abreast of new security measures and fraud trends impacting ATM/ITM
• Maintain all monthly Reports related to machines
• Responsible to handle CU24 UPI's
• Oversees quarterly inspection and monitoring of the offsite machines
• Maintains contract with partners associated with the machines
• Monitoring events and emails to identify and communicate repeat machine issues
