Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to enable successful implementation of our ATM hardware and software at leading financial institutions.

You will deliver technical expertise on-site from concept to delivery and gather requirements to tailor solutions that match client needs. You will implement, configure, and train on software and hardware, support the rollout, and assist sales with quotes and SOWs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or 5+ years of working experience.
• Programming and scripting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, including installation and troubleshooting in a secure environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking.
• Knowledge of ATM hardware and software is a plus.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Self-driven with good communication skills.
• Occasional travel up to 15%.
• Location: Charlotte, NC.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document customer requirements for implementation of new products.
• Provide guidance on configuration and setup of ATM software and hardware.
• Install and configure ATM software applications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and a resource for best practices for clients.
• Provide training on implementation and configuration of software and hardware.
• Support sales in quoting PS effort and drafting SOW for new effort requests.
• Manage creation of new and existing training content.
• Assist software support teams to solve support cases as needed.
• Serve a customer-facing role representing Hyosung to customers and partners.

Formation
